3974名学龄前儿童龋齿患病情况分析

目的：了解学龄前儿童龋齿的患病情况,探讨影响儿童龋齿的相关因素,为儿童口腔预防保健提供科学依据。方法：采用第二次全国口腔健康流行病学调查的标准,调查包钢所辖托幼园所3 974名儿童龋齿患病情况。结果：6~岁年龄组龋齿患病率明显高于其他年龄组,龋齿患病率随着年龄增长而增高;性别间龋齿患病率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;下颌乳磨牙和上颌乳中切牙龋齿患病率高。结论：必须加强对教师和家长关于儿童口腔卫生保健知识及方法的宣传,并对儿童龋病进行早期预防保健及治疗,从而减少龋齿的患病率。

An Analysis of 3 974 Cases of Pre-school Dental Caries Prevalence

Objective： To find out the prevalence of dental caries of pre- school children,to explore the influencing factors for dental caries in children and to provide scientific basis for children＇s oral health care. Methods： In accordance with the stand- ard of the second national oral health epidemiology investigation,the investigation of the prevalence of dental caries was conduc- ted among 3 974 children from the kindergartens affiliated to Baotou Iron and Steel Corporation. Results： The caries rate was sig- nificantly higher in the age group of 6 ~ than that in other age groups and it increased with age,without significant difference in caries prevalence rate between boys and girls. The caries rate of mandibular deciduous molars and maxillary deciduous teeth was high. Conclusion： The education of teachers and parents must be strengthened in the knowledge and method of children＇s oral health care,and effective measures should be taken for the early prevention and treatment of dental caries,so as to reduce the prevalence rate of dental caries in children.
