西蒙1号番薯毛状根生物碱成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究西蒙1号番薯Ipomoea batatas. Lam毛状根中的生物碱成分。方法用硅胶柱色谱和薄层色谱方法进行分离纯化,根据光谱数据确定其结构。结果分离、鉴定了1个生物碱。结论该化合物为一新的吲哚类生物碱,命名为番薯碱甲(ipomine A)。

Abstract:Aim To study the alkaloid constituents of the hairy roots of Ipomoea batatas Lam. Methods Chromatographic methods were used for isolation and purification. The structure was elucidated on the basis of spectral data. Results An alkaloid was isolated from the hairy roots of Ipomoea batatas. Conclusion The compound is a novel indole-type alkaloid, which is named as ipomine A.
