| 摘 要： | 目的观察静脉注射沐舒坦对胎粪吸入综合征(MAS)的疗效。方法对25例确诊新生儿胎粪吸入综合征且需要呼吸机治疗的患儿随机分为沐舒坦佐治组和常规治疗组,两组均给予机械通气和常规治疗,沐舒坦佐治组在常规治疗同时给予静脉注射沐舒坦(30 mg.kg-1.d-1),用药时间为5 d。观察用药后12、24、36、48、72、96、120 h分别记录各研究对象平均气道峰压(MAP)、氧合指数(PaO2/F iO2)的结果,并记录各研究对象的机械通气时间。结果沐舒坦佐治组与常规治疗组的MAP和PaO2/F iO2在用药后48、72、96、120 h差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的平均机械通气时间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论沐舒坦在用药48 h后能明显改善胎粪吸入患儿的肺通气和换气功能,降低机械通气时的平均气道压,缩短机械通气时间。
