各型乙肝患者过氧化脂质和超氧化物岐化酶含量

检测54例乙肝患者血清LPO和红细胞SOD含量,并进行了动态观察。探讨了乙肝病人血清LPO与红细胞SOD水平的关系,LPO和SOD与ALT的关系。结果:三组乙肝血清LPO水平明显升高(P<0.01);慢重型乙肝LPO水平比急性和慢活型乙肝明显升高(P<0.01)。当ALT>200~u时LPO水平升高(P<0.05),<30~u时血清LPO水平差异不明显(P>0.05)。急性乙肝LPO上升,而红细胞SOD明显下降(P<0.01)。慢活型、慢重型乙肝比急性乙肝SOD水平升高、明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。当ALT>200~u时红细胞SOD水平明显降低(P<0.01),200—30~u和<30~u者SOD水平显著升高(P<0.01)。乙肝恢复期(ALT<30~u时)血清LPO水平与正常人无差异(P>0.05),其中7例慢重型乙肝病情恶化时LPO水平持续高水平。乙肝病人红细胞SOD水平随病情的好转而上升(P<0.01)。结果表明,乙肝患者LPO水平高低可反映肝功能受损程度,特别是重型乙肝更为明显。而乙肝红细胞SOD水平升高和降低的论点待进一步验证。

SERUM LPO LEVEL AND ERYTHROCYTE SOD ACTIVITY IN HB PATIENTS

The serum LPO level and erythrocyte SOD activity were determined in 54 cases of viralhepatitis, its dynamic changes were observated and the relations between LPO level and SOD activity,and between LPO level, SOD and ALT activity were also studied. The results were as follows: (1)theserum LPO level in three HB groups was abviously increased (p<0.01)and the LPO level in chronic fatalhepatitis (CFH) was significantly higher than that in actue hepatitis (AAH) and chronic active hepatitis(CAH) (P<0.01);the increase in LPO level was significant as ALT>200~u(p<0.05) while as ALT>30~u the LPO level did not differ from the normal group (p>0.05); (2) the LPO level was increasedwhile the SOD activity was decreased obviously in AH (p>0.01), the SOD activity in CH and CFH wassignificantly increased when compared with that in AH,and the SOD activity was notably decreased asALT>200~u(P<0.01) while the SOD activity was remarkably increased as ALT activity in 200~u-30~u or<30~u(p<0.01): (3) the LPO level of a patient in his convalescence has not any difference from thatof a normal person (p>0.05), the LPO level of 7 CFH patients maintained a high level as theirconditions got worse and the erythrocyte SOD activity were increased as their coditions got better (p<0.01). These results mean that the increase or decrease in LPO level can reflect the conditions of liverdamage,especially in cases of CFH.
