| 摘 要： | 本文利用正交设计法,确定了蜜麻黄的提取工艺,以盐酸麻黄碱作为质控指标,以通过实验证明,提取时加水量对实验结果影响最大。故依据实验结果和实际工作要求,确定提取工艺为加20倍水量煎煮1.5小时,提取三次。

| Abstract: | This paper describes Herba ephedrae's extraction with orthogonal design. The quality control is ephedrine. The result of test is that the most important factor is the quantity of water, So the condition of Herba ephedrae's extraction is extracted with 20 times water by boiling 3 times and 1.5 hours for one time. |
