| 摘 要： | 目的:外周血骨桥蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)在胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者检测中的临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和化学发光免疫分析技术(CLIA)对21例胃癌、15例结肠癌、11例直肠癌患者手术前后外周血OPN和癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)的质量浓度进行检测,对照组为30例健康者。结果:胃癌患者外周血OPN和CEA检测的敏感性分别为67.6%、55.4%,结肠癌59.6%、51.1%,直肠癌57.2%、48.4%,特异性分别为89.5%和78.3%,67.5%和62.3%,62.2%和58.5%。联合检测的敏感性分别为75.4%、68.3%、59.0%。结论:OPN对胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者与CEA联合检测可提高胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者诊断的敏感性。
