脑胶质瘤中血小板衍生生长因子和血管内皮生长因子表达的协同效应

摘    要:目的:研究血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在脑胶质瘤中的表达及相关性,探讨其在人脑胶质瘤发生、发展和侵袭中的意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测脑胶质瘤60例、正常脑组织10例中PDGF和VEGF的表达。结果:(1)PDGF在胶质瘤60例中表达30例(50.0%1,不同级别胶质瘤间的表达有差异,其表达与胶质瘤病理分级呈正相关(r=0.5807,P〈O.01);(2)VEGF在胶质瘤中表达34例(56.7%),不同级别胶质瘤表达与胶质瘤病理分级呈正相关(r=O.5373,P〈0.01);(3)PDGF与VEGF在脑胶质瘤中的表达呈正相关fr=0.7715,P〈0.01)。结论:PDGF、VEGF的表达水平随着胶质瘤级别的增加而升高,与胶质瘤的病理学分级呈正相关,与胶质瘤进展密切相关,是恶性程度增高标志,两者在胶质瘤发生、发展中起协同作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the expressions of PDGF and VEGF in human gliomas and investigate their possi- ble relationships to the prognosis of gliomas and to explore the significance in the occurrence, development and invasion of gliomas. Methods: S-P immunohistochemical staining was used to examine the expressions of PDGF and VEGF in 60 hu- man glioma specimens and 10 normal human brain tissue specimens. Results: ( 1 )The expression of PDGF was 50%(30/60) in huaman gliomas. There was a statistically significant difference of the PDGF expressions in different grades of gliomas. PDGF was found to be positively correlated with pathological grading (r=-0.5807,P=0.000). (2)The expression of VEGF was 56.7%(34/60) in huaman gliomas. There was a statistically significant difference in different grades of gliomas. VEGF was found to be positively correlated with pathological grading (r =0.5373, P=0.000). (3)The expression of PDGF was positively correlated with VEGF(r=0.7715 ,P=0.000) in huaman gliomas. Conclusions: PDGF and VEGF are involved in the invasion and transfer of gliomas. Their expressions increased in accordance with the elevation of the grades of glioma. They may fa- cilitate the glioma's development, and indicate the differentiation and rank of gliomas. The expression of PDGF was posi- tively correlated with VEGF, which may cooperate in the glioma's development.
