| 摘 要： | 目的 通过血小板相关抗体PAIgG和PAIgM的定量检测 ,观察新生儿血小板减少与母体免疫及自身免疫因素的关系。方法 将 78例足月新生儿分为血小板正常组和血小板减少组 ,两组新生儿均于生后 48小时内用ELISA法检测血小板相关抗体PAIgG和PAIgM。结果 血小板正常组测得值PAIgG :68 0 0± 1 6 1ng/1 0 7PA ,PAIgM :1 2 0 1 9± 2 9 95ng/1 0 7PA。血小板减少组测得值PAIgG :1 0 6 39± 33 0 5ng/1 0 7PA ,PAIgM :2 2 0 2 2± 53 85ng/1 0 7PA。二组经统计学检验 ,PAIgG :t=6 31 >2 58,P <0 0 1有显著差别。PAIgM :t=9 52 >2 58,P <0 0 1 ,有显著差别。结论 新生儿血小板减少与母体因素 (PAIgG)和自身免疫因素 (PAIgM)有关。血小板减少与PAIgG和PAIgM呈负相关

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between infant thrombocytopathia and maternal immunity by quantity examination of platelet associated antibody PAIgG and PAIgM.Methods 78 cases of infants were divided into two groups,which are the normal platelet and thrombocytopathia groups.PAIgG and PAIgM of both groups were determined by ELISA in 48 hrs after birth.Results Compared with the thrombocytopathia group,the level of PAIgG and PAIgM in the normal platelet group was lower,showing highly statistical significance.Conclusion Infant thrombocytopathia is related to maternal factor and autoimmunity,and thrombocytopathia is negative correlation to PAIgG and PAIgM. |
