| 摘 要： | 通过对东阳市人民医院在法人治理机构、分配制度改革和经济运行效率评价等运行机制方面实践的实证研究，探索现行卫生经济政策条件下提高公直医院运行效率、降低运行成本的有效途径和方法，为公立医院管理体制和运行机制改革提供新的思路和借鉴。
