| 摘 要： | 目的：观察羟基喜树碱（HCPT）联合化疗方案对晚期胃肠道癌的疗效和 不良反应。方法：89例晚期胃肠道癌随机分为两组，治疗组应用HCPTBU联合5－氟脲嘧啶（5－FU）、甲酰四氢叶酸钙（CF），对照组应用丝裂霉素（MMC）联合5－FU、CF，并作对比观察，结果：治疗组总有效率为46．51％，对照组总有效率为26．09％，两组有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。两组不良反应无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。主要为消化道反应及白细胞减少，但大多为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度，不影响治疗。结论：HCPT联合化疗方案治疗晚期道癌安全有效，是一种可行的方案。

| Abstract: | Objecti ve :To observe the efficacy and toxicity of hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT)based combi nation chemotherapy in advanced gastrointestinal tract cancer.Methods:89pati ents with advanced gastrointestinal tract cancer were randomly devided into two groups.The treatment group was treated using HCPT with5-fluorouracil(5-F U)/Leucovorin(CF).The control group was treated using Mitomycin-C(MMC)wi th5-FU/CF.These two groups were comparatively studied.Results:The overall response rate of the treatment group was46.51%,while the control group was26.09%with significant difference(P<0.05).The major toxicities included anorexia?nausea?vomiting and leukopenia,but it was tolerable in mo st of the patients.Conclusion:HCPT based combination chemotherapy is effective and safe for advanced gastrointestinal tract cancer. |
