| 摘 要： | 为探讨颅脑外伤致神经症的损伤程度评定标准，以华中科技大学同济医学院法医精神病学鉴定组1986年5月至2000年5月受理的76例颅脑外伤握下的法医学鉴定资料进行回顾性分析。结果表明76例中，轻伤18例，轻微伤44例，伤病相关14例。通过对76例神经症损伤程度伯法医学鉴定的分析，提出了具体的可操作性强的评定标准，以期在实践中进一步完善。 |
