| 摘 要： | 对军队医院医疗保险管理现状进行了详细分析，就如何做好医疗保险管理、完善工作流程等提出了一些新思路和新做法。认为军队医院应当主动适应医疗保险制度改革的要求，立足以人为本、科学发展，通过优化重组相关工作流程，完善内部管理机制，强化质量保障和监控系统，有效控制医疗费用增长，提高医疗服务质量，为构建和谐医患关系，推动医疗保险制度改革不断深入做好基础工作。
