中西医结合辨证论治糖尿病肾病60例疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合辨证论治糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将60例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组与治疗组，对照组29例患者单纯应用西医基础治疗，如控制血糖、降血压、调脂、优质低蛋白饮食等。治疗组31例患者在西医基础治疗的同时加用中药汤剂自拟方。观察两组患者的临床疗效及症状体征积分、实验室指标情况。结果对照组总有效率为62．06％，治疗组为87．1％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组患者治疗后症状体征积分及实验室指标情况均优于对照组，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合辨证论治糖尿病肾病临床疗效较好，各指标情况均有明显改善，值得进一步推广。

Observation of 60 Cases of Diabetic Nephropathy Treated by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine with Syndrome Differentiation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on diabetic nephropathy（DN）treated by integrative Chinese and western medicine with syndrome differentiation. Methods 60 DN patients were divided randomly into control group and treatment group. 29 cases in control group were treated with simple western medicine, such as controlling blood glucose, anti - hypertension, lipid regulation and diet therapy with high - quality low protein. 31 cases in treatment group were treated with self - prepared Chinese herb decoction on the basis of western medicine. The clinical efficacy, the scores of symptom and physical sign and laboratory indexes of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was 62.06% in control group and was 87.1% in treatment group, indicating significant difference in comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The scores of symptoms and physical sign as well as the results of laboratory indexes after treatment in treatment group were superior to those in control group, indicating significant difference in comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The integrative Chinese and western medicine with syndrome differentiation presents good clinical efficacy on DN, improves apparently all of indexes and deserves to be promoted.
