| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声对急性跟腱损伤的诊断价值。方法超声检查16例临床疑有跟腱损伤的患者，并与手术及康复治疗后对照。结果16例患者中，跟腱完全断裂9例，跟腱部分撕裂5例，跟腱无明显损伤2例。结论超声能明确急性跟腱损伤的程度，指导临床治疗方式的选择，并且快速、准确、经济，可为临床提供较好的影像诊断依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound for patients with acute achilles tendon injury. Methods Sixteen clinical suspected patients with achilles tendon injury were examined by ultrasonography, and treatment method was selected. Then the results were compared with that after operation and rehabilitative treatment. Results In 16 patients with achilles tendon injury, there were 9 cases of complete achilles tendon rupture, 5 cases of partial tearing of achilles tendon, no obvious achilles tendon injuries were found in 2 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound can identify the degree of acute achilles tendon injury, guide the selection of clinical treatment, and it also can provide better clinical image information in clinic. |
