嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌耐药性4年连续监测分析

目的通过连续监测,了解嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌在临床标本及科室的分布情况,及其耐药性情况。方法采用BD PHOENIX 100全自动微生物分析仪鉴定细菌并用K—B纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结论嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的病区分布以呼吸内科(22.92%)和重症监护室(ICU)(18.75%)为主,其次是其他内科(16.67%)和儿科(15.63%),嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌分离率高的标本依次是痰(77.08%)、血液(10.42%)、尿液(5.21%),嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对多种抗生素有很高的耐药率,仅对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、环丙沙星、氯霉素和复方新诺明的耐药率低于50%。

4 YEARS CONTINOUS CONDITION MONITORING AND ANALYSIS OF STENOTROPHOMONAS MALTOPHILIA RESISTANCE TO ANTIBIOTICS

Objective To study the isolation and resistance tendency of Strenotrophomonas maltophilia to an- timierobial agents from 4 years to provide valuable data for infection prevention and therapy. Methods The antimierobial sensitivity tests of Strenotrophomonas maltophilia were tested by BD PHOENIX 10 automatic microbial monitor. Result Most of the Strenotrophomonas maltophilia were isolated from the department of department of respiratory diseases （ 22.92% ） and ICU（ 18.75% ）, the next were the other inner medicine departments（ 16.67% ） and the de- partment of the paediatrles（ 15.63% ） . The isolation rate in specimens from high to low were sputum（77.08% ）, blood （10.42%） andurine （5.21%）. Strenotrophomonas maltophilia had higher resistance rates to many antimierobial agents ,just had less 50% resistance rate only to eefoperazone/sulbaetam,eiprofloxacin ,ehltramphenieol Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim.
