基于法国政府的官方文件，概要地介绍法国政府近年来对外医科教育的新动态和新举措．首先介绍法国自2002年起专门为外国医生创立的《外籍住院医考试》制度，分别讲解该制度的目的、条件、要求、程序、文凭等内容；其次介绍法国对外医学和生物学教育的其他途径，以及与之相关联的各类文凭；随后介绍法国《外籍住院医考试》的准备工作和发展前景，以及法国博士和博士后教育的有关信息．

French Medical Education for Foreigners

This article has referred to some official documents of French government, which generally introduces some new orientations and measures of French governmental foreign medical education for foreigners. Firstly it concerns about foreign hospitalized qualification exam policy which particularly created for the foreign doctors. The article explains its purpose, condition, command, procedure and diploma. Then other approaches to the French foreign medical and biological educations and their related diplomas. Lastly, it goes about the preparation and prospect of this policy and some information about French Doctor and Post-Doctor education.
