| 摘 要： | 小鼠经6Gy、15Gy和100Gy全身一次γ线照射后用荧光法测定小肠组织胺含量.实验结果表明,小肠组织胺含量因照射剂量和照后时间不同而变化:6Gy照后每克小肠组织胺含量轻度下降;15Gy和100Gy照后小肠组织胺含量逐渐增加;在照后第三天各组小肠组织胺含量分别为正常的84.0%、149.7%和151.9%.实验同时观察到15Gy照前用WR-2721预防与单纯同剂量照射组相比小肠组织胺增加程度明显缓和.文章中对上述小肠组织胺含量改变的可能机制进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | The change of histamine content in small intestine of mice following whole body gamma irradiation was studied.The results showed that the degree of the change in histamine content varied with doses and the time after exposure,After 6Gy exposure the histamine contents were slightly less than that of normal group but after 15Gy and 100Gy the histamine contents were gradually increased.On the third day after 6Gy,15Gy and 100Gy irradiation the histamine contents were 84.0%,149.7% and 151.9% of normal respectively.Intraperitoneal injection of WR-2721 10mg/mouse 15 minutes prior to total body irradiation with 15Gy considerably decreased the histamine content in small intestine.The possible mechanism of change of histamine content is discussed. |
