| 摘 要： | 对某市3所医院65名高年资临床护士的心理压力源进行调查,发现高年资临床护士的心理压力主要来自同行、医院管理层、家庭、社会4个方面,提出通过加强自身心理调节以及医院管理层、家庭成员、社会的理解和支持,高年资临床护士的心理压力可以调节和缓解.

| Abstract: | Objective: Psychological stress sources of 65 clinical nurses of seniority from three hospitals in certain city were investigated. Results showed that psychological stress of clinical nurses of seniority were mainly from four aspects including their colleagues, hospital administrators, family and society. This article put forward that the psychological stress of clinical nurses of seniority can be regulated and relieved by strengthening self-psychological adjustment and understanding and supports of hospital administrators, family members and the whole society. |
