| 摘 要： | 目的测定舒必利片中舒必利的含量。方法采用HPLC法测定舒必利片中舒必利的含量。结果舒必利在50～500mg/ml的浓度范围内呈良好的线性,γ=0.9999,平均回收率为99.0%(n=5),RSD为0.82%(n=5)。结论所建立的方法能可靠准确地进行含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of sulpiride in Sulpiride tablet . Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of sulpiride in Supirid e tablet. Results Linear regression in the concentration range of 50～500mg/ml (?=0.9999) was fine, and the average recovery rate was 99.0%(n=5), and RSD was 0.82%(n=5). Conclusion This method is accurate and suitable for the quality con trol of the Sulpiride tablet. |
