延续性护理在早产儿出院后管理中的应用效果观察

目的：探讨延续性护理在早产儿出院后管理的效果。方法：将120例晚期早产儿按住院时间段随机分为观察组（60例）和对照组（60例），观察组实施延续护理，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组早产儿出院3个月内红臀、脐部问题及再入院情况、3个月时的体格发育情况。结果：观察组早产儿出院3个月内红臀、脐部问题及再入院发生情况低于对照组，3个月时体格发育优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论：延续护理服务可促进早产儿的生长发育，降低早产儿红臀、脐部问题发生率及再入院情况。

Efficacy observation of extended nursing intervention on management of premature infants after discharge

Objective: To evaluate the effect of extended nursing intervention on management of premature infants after discharge. Methods: 120 late premature infants were randomly divided into observation group（n=60） and control group（n=60）according to length of stay. The infants of observation group were subjected to an extended nursing intervention program, the control group received routine post-discharge nursing instruction and follow-ups. After 3 months, the morbidity and readmission rate were compared, and the physical development were observed. Results: The morbidity and readmission rate during follow-up of observation were lower than that of control group, the observation group was superior to control group in weight gain（P＜0.05）. Conclusion: Extended nursing intervention has positive influence on growth and development of premature infants and can reduce the readmission rate and morbidity.
