摘    要:和谐的医患关系是提高医疗质量、减少医疗纠纷的重要保障,医患沟通是构建和谐医患关系的重要途径。江苏省某医院自2005年以来把强化医患沟通作为该院的重点工作,医疗纠纷、患者满意度等情况有了较大改善。

Abstract:Harmony with the patient is the important security to improve the quality of medical care and medical dispute,the doctor-patient communication is harmonious relations with the patient and is an important means for a hospital.Since 2005,a hospital of Jiangsu Province has been strengthened by the doctor and patient as the institution of communication,medical disputes and satisfaction of the situation has been improved considerably.
