| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑瘫患儿家长抑郁原因和护理对策。方法：采用抑郁自评量表，对150倒住院的脑瘫惠儿家长进行问卷调查。结果：通过分析家长的心理反应存在：抑郁、悲观、恐惧、经济顾虑型叫，接受现实配合治疗。结论：有针对性的护理干预能改善家长的抑郁，提高治疗依从性。

| Abstract: | Discussion brain paralysis trouble guardian despondent reason and nursing countermeasure.
