连云港地区近五年病残儿医学鉴定资料的变化分析

目的 通过对近五年病残儿医学鉴定资料的分析，了解连云港市病残儿鉴定疾病种类构成、顺位等的变化趋势，寻找有效措施以减少病残儿的发生。方法 收集2002年～2006年连云港市病残儿医学鉴定资料，分别按照《病残儿医学鉴定诊断标准及其父母再生育指导原则》及《国际疾病分类标准（ICD-10）》分类，分析病残儿发生的流行特征。结果 共收集符合诊断标准的病残儿鉴定资料2244例，其中先天性疾病1864例，占83．07％，遗传性疾病1030例，占45．9％。近五年病残儿中先天性疾病所占比例有上升趋势。疾病顺位：先天性心脏病始终排列第一，其它疾病排位均有波动，唇腭裂、脑瘫有上升趋势，脑发育不良、外伤近年明显减少。结论 开展有效预防措施，是降低病残儿发生率的关键。需进一步加强出生缺陷干预工作的力度，特别是重点病种的防治工作。

Analysis of variety in data of disabled children applied for medical authentication durring recent five years in Lianyungang

Objective： To analyze the variety in data of disabled children applied for medical authentication durring last five years, observe the trends of variety in sorts of the diseases and their orders in disabled children applied for medical authentication in Lianyungang, find out effective measures to prevent the incidence of disabled children. Methods ： Collect the materials of those applied for medical authentication and had received disabled children in Lianyungang from 2002 - 2006, classify the diseases accordding to ＂The principle of diagnosis for disabled children applied for medical authentication and the guideline for their parents＇ rebirth＂ and ＂International Classification of Diseases - 10＂ respectly, analyze the features of prevalence. Results ： Among the 2244 disabled children , 1864 congenital diseases cases account for 83.07% , 1030 hereditary disease cases account for 45.9%. The proportion of congenital diseases was going up in last five years. Congenital heart disease ranges the first site throughout while other diseases＇ sequence change. Conclusion ： Effective precautions is the key to reduce the occurrence of disabled children. It is necessary to strengthen interventions for birth defects, especially for main diseases.
