251例脑膜瘤临床病理分析与p73蛋白表达

 目的　 2 5 1例脑膜瘤做临床病理分析同时研究其 p73蛋白表达意义。 方法　复习H .E切片组织学及免疫组化方法做 p73蛋白测定。 结果　男∶女 =1∶1.4 7,年龄在 4 1岁以下占 6 4 .73% ;部位以大脑凸面最多 ,占 173例 (5 4 .5 8% ) ,其次为颅底 6 6例 (2 6 .2 9% ) ;病理学以脑膜内皮性 (合体细胞性 ) 118例 (47.0 1% )最多 ,其次为过渡型 74例 (2 9.4 8% ) ;p73蛋白表达强度恶性 >良性 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　脑膜瘤以女性居多 ,4 1岁以上患者居多 ,部位以大脑凸面最多见 ,组织学类型以脑膜内皮性 (合体细胞性 )最多 ,p73蛋白表达可作为区别良恶性参考指标之一。

A Clinicopathologic Study of 251 Meningioma Cases and its Clinical Significance of p73 Protein Expression

Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features of 251 cases of meningioma and its clinical significance of p73. Methods A total of 251 cases were studied by clinicopathological analysis and immunohistochcmical stain of p73.
