| 摘 要： | 用超薄切片法对5例人腿部脾经与胃经低阻线下的表皮进行了电镜观察。发现该部表皮较薄;基底细胞之基部有外附基膜的胞突;桥粒随细胞分化形成及退化而改变;细胞间隙深部的大、浅部者小,至角化细胞无桥粒处又变大;棘细胞间有两类郎格罕细胞。依观察所见并结合文献进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The epidermis of the skin along the low impedence lines of 5 human legs was examined by ele otron microscope. It was discovered that the epidermis is thin, there are thick bottom processes on basal cell without passing through its basement membrane;different desmosomes were revealed with differentiation of keratinocytes and those on the horny cells degenerative in appearance. The intercellular space is larger in deeper cells than those in superficial ones. There are two types of Langerhan cells which are situated among prickle cells. The results were briefly discussed. |
