| 摘 要： | 目的总结难愈创面较为有效的治疗与护理方案。方法回顾近2年来治愈的10例经治疗3月以上的慢性难愈创面的治疗与护理方案,总结治疗与护理成功及失败的经验和教训。结果4例褥疮患者经采用局部皮瓣转移术均痊愈;对于各类原因导致的皮肤软组织坏死,经全身综合治疗并采用局部皮瓣转移或游离的中厚皮移植均获成功。结论结合患者病情,有针对性地进行心理护理、创面护理、营养支持、医护协助加强创面清创换药,创造良好的皮瓣皮片移植局部条件,是难愈创面手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the most effective therapy and nursing methods to deal with the refractory wounds.Methods The therapeutic regimens were reviewed in near 2 years for 10 cases with repeatedly diabrotic raw surface treated over three months.Experiences and lessons were summarized about treating and nursing.Results Four cases with bedsore healed through local skin flap transfer.General combined therapy together with local skin flap transfer or liber moderate pachydermia transplantation,is effective to cutis soft tissue necrosis.Conclusions The success of operations depends on mental nursing,wounds nursing,nutritional support.Especially,region debridement should be done to create operation conditions for local skin flap ransfer. |
