兔脑缺血模型的建立

为了研究脑缺血损伤后的生化改变及其临床意义，采用线结扎兔颈动脉法建立兔脑缺血模型，Ａ组（ｎ＝５）结扎双侧颈动脉；Ｂ组（ｎ＝５）结扎单侧颈动脉，３０ｍｉｎ时松开结扎线使颈动脉再灌流；Ｃ组（ｎ＝５）为假结扎组。结果：３组动物中，Ａ组兔全部死亡，Ｂ组和Ｃ组兔全部成活；后２组相比，Ｂ组兔脑脊液分泌量减少，麻醉苏醒延迟，术后２４ｈ时有神经缺失体征。提示：结扎兔单侧颈动脉可制成不完全脑缺血模型

Cerebral ischemia model in rabbits

In order to study cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) biochemical changes and their clinical significances after cerebral ische mia lesions, we ligatured cervical artery of rabbit to make a cerebal ischemia model.In A group ( n =5) two cervical arteries were ligatured,in B group ( n =5) only one cervical artery was ligatured,and in C group two cervical arteries were shamed to ligature. The results revealed that all of rabbits in A group died, but all of rabbits in B group and C group were survival. Rabbits in B group showed that the secreting CSF quantity decreased, reviving time after anaesthesia prolonged and central nerve system lesions symptoms appeared 24 h after operation as compared with rabbits in C group.The results of the present study indicate that ligature of one cervical artery may make incomplete cerebral ischemia model.
