兔脑缺血模型的建立

摘    要:为了研究脑缺血损伤后的生化改变及其临床意义,采用线结扎兔颈动脉法建立兔脑缺血模型,A组(n=5)结扎双侧颈动脉;B组(n=5)结扎单侧颈动脉,30min时松开结扎线使颈动脉再灌流;C组(n=5)为假结扎组。结果:3组动物中,A组兔全部死亡,B组和C组兔全部成活;后2组相比,B组兔脑脊液分泌量减少,麻醉苏醒延迟,术后24h时有神经缺失体征。提示:结扎兔单侧颈动脉可制成不完全脑缺血模型

Abstract:In order to study cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) biochemical changes and their clinical significances after cerebral ische mia lesions, we ligatured cervical artery of rabbit to make a cerebal ischemia model.In A group ( n =5) two cervical arteries were ligatured,in B group ( n =5) only one cervical artery was ligatured,and in C group two cervical arteries were shamed to ligature. The results revealed that all of rabbits in A group died, but all of rabbits in B group and C group were survival. Rabbits in B group showed that the secreting CSF quantity decreased, reviving time after anaesthesia prolonged and central nerve system lesions symptoms appeared 24 h after operation as compared with rabbits in C group.The results of the present study indicate that ligature of one cervical artery may make incomplete cerebral ischemia model.
