| 摘 要： | 目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定莲须中槲皮素和山萘酚的含量。方法：色谱柱为Shim-pack CLC-ODC柱；以甲醇-0．025mol／L磷酸(60：40)为流动相，检测波长为370nm。结果：测定组分槲皮素、山萘酚与其它组分的色谱峰得到基线分离。加样回收率平均值为96．8％，RSD为1．97％。结论：此方法为控制中药莲须的内在质量提供了新的测定指标和方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine quercetin and kaempferol in stamen neulumbinis by HPLC. Methods : Shim-pack CLC-ODS column was used. Mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.025% phosphate. UV detector wavelength was set at 370nm. Results : The chromatographic peaks of quercetin and kaempferol and other components were completely separated. The average recovery was 96.8% and RSD was 1.97%. Conclusion : The experiment provided new markers and a reliable method for the quality control of Stamen Neulumbinis. |
