摘    要:基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)及其受体CXCR4所构成的SDF-1/CXCR4轴生物效应的研究近些年来进展迅速,其在肿瘤发生及发展中起重要作用,并与肿瘤血管新生密切相关,本文就SDF-1及其受体CXCR4,SDF-1/CXCR4轴在白血病细胞中的表达,SDF-1/CXCR4轴与白血病血管新生的关系,抗SDF-1/CXCR4抑制剂在血管新生治疗中的应用的研究进展加以综述。

Abstract:The study on biological effects of SDF-1/CXCR4 axis composed of stromal cell derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and its receptor CXCR4 is progressing rapidly in the recent years. The SDF-1/CXCR4 axis plays an important role in occurrence and development of tumors and closely correlate with angiogenesis of tumors. This review focuses the progress of study on SDF-1/CXCR4 axis and angiogenesis in leukemia including SDF-1/ and its receptor CXCR4, the expression of SDF-1/CXCR4 axis in leukemic cells, the mechanism of relation between SDF-1/CXCR4 axis and angiogenesis in leukemia, the application of inhibitors against SDF-1/CXCR4 in treatment of angiogenesis and so on.
