| 摘 要： | 目的比较阿立哌唑与利培酮这两种非典型抗精神病药物对早期精神分裂症住院患者的近期疗效以及安全性。方法将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组和利培酮组,于治疗前和治疗6周末评定PANSS量表、空腹血糖、血脂、血清瘦素等生化指标等,并以30例正常人作为正常对照组,进行相关指标比较。结果阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗早期精神分裂症的近期疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05)利培酮治疗后男性患者血清催乳素水平升高,女性患者血清催乳素水平治疗前后无差异,阿立哌唑对催乳素无显著影响。而阿立哌唑可引起血清瘦素水平升高,而利培酮对瘦素无显著影响。结论阿立哌唑与利培酮在治疗早期精神分裂症时对精神分裂症的疗效相当,对生物学指标的影响有差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare short term therapeutic effects of aripiprazole and risperidone in hospital patients with earlier schizophrenia. Methods 60 schizophrenic patients were randomized into aripiprazole group and quetiapine group.The effects of patients in two group was evaluated before the treatment and after six weeks with PANSS.Serum level of leptin and prolaetin were enzymed. Resluts The differences of the short term therapeutic effects of aripiprazole and risperidone in earlier schizophrenic patients is not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The differences of the short term therapeutic effects of aripiprazole and risperidone in earlier schizophrenic patients is not significant.Effects of them on biological parameters were different. |
