| 摘 要： | 目的比较输尿管镜下钬激光与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中段结石的疗效.方法分析输尿管镜下治疗105例男性输尿管中段结石患者的临床资料,其中采用钬激光碎石治疗60例,气压弹道碎石45例.结果两组手术均安全有效,无明显相关并发症.钬激光组的术中碎石时间、术后排石时间和拔管时间都较气压弹道组显著缩短（P〈0.05）.结论钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管中段结石较气压弹道更有优势.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy and ureteroscopic laser lithotripsy for middle-ureteral calculi.Methods 105 consecutive male patients with middle-ureteral calculi were treated by ureteroscope either with pneumatic lithotripter(45 cases) or with Holmium laser lithotripter(60 cases).Results No major complications were observed in both groups.The average lithotripsy time,the stone-free time and the duration of withdrawl of ureteral stents in the group with H... |
