| 摘 要： | 目的考察氨基糖苷类抗生素临床合理应用现状。方法检索1994年以来全部医药期刊中涉及庆大霉素、阿米卡星、小诺霉素致聋的报道,按用药指征、剂量、用药途径等指标分析其用药合理性。结果检得13篇文献25例致聋报道,不合理用药占76%.结论合理用药是避免AmAn致聋的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the reasonability of Aminoglycosides' utilization. Methods We search all the reports which is related to gentamicin , Amikacin or Micronomicin which caused deafness in the all medicine magazine since the 1994, and analyse the rationality of drug utilization according to the reason of using, dosage , usage ,etc. Results Obtained 25 cases from 13 pappers in total, the improper application of drugs accounts for 76%. Conclusion The key to prevent Aminoglycoside antibiotics from causing the deaf is to use it rationally. |
