| 摘 要： | 对Ｃｈｉａｒｉ畸形并脊髓空洞症治疗方法及其效果的探讨。方法对１０３例Ｃｈｉａｒｉ畸形病例根据其ＭＲＩ征像分为Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ三种类型。结果依据其类型采用不同的手术方式，并获得了较为满意的治疗效果。结论手术使延颈髓充分减压，可有效缓解临床症状，并对脊髓空洞症有明显的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To disscus on the treatment of Chiari malformation complicated with syringomyelia.Methods 103 cases of Chiari malformation were classified into A, B, C three types on the basis of their MRI properties.Results Satisfing results were achieved by various surgical treatment to different types. Simple posterior fossa decompression was performed in 52 cases, posterior fossa decompression and incision of the syringomyelia in 29 cases, posterior fossa decompression and resection of the cerebellar tonsils in 22 cases.Conclusions Surgical treament may fully decompress the medulla oblongata and ameliorate the clinical syndromes. Repairation of the dura during the operation is effective to decrease the complications. |
