摘    要:目的 用彩色多普勒血流显像观察负压肢体动脉团塞犬患肢血供的影响。方法 犬15只,随机分治疗组10只和对照组5只。两组均采用切断犬后肢股动脉分支、动脉腔内置入螺旋状金属丝的方法,制作肢体缺血模型。在模型制作后2wk,治疗组行患肢负压治疗10d,对照组不做负压治疗。两组均于模型前、模型后2wk及治疗结束后,用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)观察肢股动脉血流的变化。结果 治疗组在治疗后侧支血流均明显增加,

Abstract:AIM To observe the effects of negative pressure treatment on limb blood supply of canines with arterial occlusive disease by color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI). METHODS Fifteen dogs were randomly divided into the treatment group(10) and the control group(5). By cutting the branch of femoral artery and inserting a piece of spiral wire into the artery of canine posterior limb, we established the extremity ischemic models. The ischemic limb in the treatment group received negative pressure therapy for 10 days while the control group didn't. We observed the effect of negative pressure on femoral artery blood flow by CDFI before the modeling, 2 weeks after modeling, and after the treatment. RESULTS After the treatment the femoral branch arteries blood flow in the treatment group increased markedly, and pulsing blood flow was found in the femoral arteries of 7 dogs in the treatment group (P<0.01);but no changes were detected in the control group. CONCLUSION Negative pressure treatment may significantly promote the blood supply of ischemic extremity.
