摘    要:目的:探讨不同给药方案对阴道炎患者阴道乳酸菌恢复及复发率的影响。方法:回顾性分析2011年5月至2013年5月我院收治的500例阴道炎患者的临床资料。结果:观察组患者的阴道乳酸杆菌检出率(72%)和阳性菌株产H2 O2乳杆菌比例(72%)均明显比对照组(28%,20%)高(P<0.05);观察组患者乳酸杆菌+、++分布率(8%、12%)均明显比对照组(54%、38%)低(P<0.05),+++、++++分布率(28%、52%)均明显比对照组6.4%、1.6%高(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率(3.2%)明显比对照组(24%)低(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗阴道炎安全有效。

Impact of different dosage regimens on vaginal lactobacillus recovery and relapse rate of vaginitis patients

Abstract:To investigate the impact of different dosage regimens on vaginal lactobacillus re-covery and relapse rate of vaginitis patients.Methods:The clinical data of 500 vaginitis patients in our hospital from May 201 1 to May 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The vaginal lactobacilli detection rate (72%) and H2O2 lactobacillus producing rate (72%)of positive strains of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (28%,20%)(P〈0.05 );the lactobacillus +,++distribution rate (8%, 12%)were significantly lower than those of the control group (54%,38%)(P〈0.05),the +++,+++distri-bution rate (28 %,52%)were significantly higher than those of the control group (6.4%,1.6%)(P〈0.05);the relapse rate (3.2%)was significantly lower than that of the control group (24%)(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Lactobacillus vaginal capsules are safe and effective in the treatment of vaginitis.
