子宫内膜采集器诊断不孕患者子宫内膜病变的临床研究

目的：探讨子宫内膜采集器诊断不孕患者子宫内膜病变的临床情况,以期提高临床治疗水平.方法：回顾性分析2010年1月至2013年1月70例不孕疑似子宫内膜病变患者,采集子宫内膜组织,将获取的子宫内膜组织进行细胞涂片并浸入10％甲醛液中固定,对其中出现颗粒状的成形成分进行石蜡切片和组织学分析,同时对所有患者进行诊断性刮宫,以其病理结果作为“金标准”,对子宫内膜采集器细胞涂片法、有形成分石蜡切片法和两组结合的方法在诊断率上的符合程度、敏感性和特异性情况加以分析.结果：子宫内膜采集器细胞涂片法和子宫内膜采集器有形细胞成分石蜡涂片法符合率分别为84.3％、94.7％,两者比较有明显差异性（P＜0.05）,而两者结合和有形细胞成分石蜡涂片法符合率分别为95.2％、94.7％,两者比较元明显差异性（P＞0.05）.结论：子宫内膜采集器不仅可以用于涂片法进行细胞学诊断,也可对子宫内膜的有形成分进行石蜡切片组织学诊断,这样会提高诊断符合率.

Endometrial collector in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions

Objectives： To explore the value of endometrial collector in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Method： A retrospective analysis of seventy cases of infertile patients between January 2010 and 2013 January was conducted.These patients were likely to have the disease of endometrial lesions.Their endometrial tissues were acquired and fixed in the smears which were later immersed in 10％ formalin solution.The granular moldings were made into paraffin sections and histologically analyzed.All patients received diagnostic curettage of which the pathological findings served as the gold standard for the smear method,the paraffin method and the combination of two methods.The agreement rate,sensitivity and specificity were observed.Results： The agreement rate of the smear method and the paratfin method was 84.3％ and 94.7％ respectively,showing significant difference （P ＜0.05）.The agreement rate of the combination of two methods was 95.2％,showing no significant difference from the paraffin method （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusion： Endometrial collector is useful in cytological test （by making endometrial tissue into smear） and histological test （by making endometrial tissue into paraffin section）.Endometrial collector can improve diagnosis rate.
