二甲双胍缓释片联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征的疗效分析

目的：探讨二甲双胍缓释片联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的疗效。方法：选择64例PCOS患者，随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组患者予以去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗，疗程3个月，实验组在对照组的基础上加用二甲双胍缓释片，疗程3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、性激素、体重指数（BMI）、空腹胰岛素（FIns）等变化及不良反应情况。结果：治疗3个月后两组患者LH、T、LH/FSH、FIns、BMI数值均较治疗前改善（P＜0.05或P＜0.01），且实验组改善幅度明显优于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）；实验组患者临床症状改善情况、排卵率和妊娠率均明显优于对照组（χ2＝4.27、3.92、4.06，P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后均出现1例不良反应，比较无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论：二甲双胍缓释片联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗PCOS疗效确切，不良反应少，是一种安全有效的治疗方式。

Curative effect of metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets combined with desogestrel and ethi-nylestradio tablets on adolescents with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objectives：To discuss the curative effect of Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets combined with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradio Tablets on adolescents with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS ）. Methods：64 PCOS patients were selected and divided into study group and control group at random.Patients in control group were given Desogestrel and Ethinylestradio Tablets for 3 months,on which basis patients in the study group were additionally given Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets for 3 months.The changes of clin-ical symptom,sex hormone,Body Mass Index （BMI）,free insulin （FIns）and etc and adverse reaction of patients in the two groups before and after medical treatment were observed.Results：After 3 months’treatment,the LH, T,LH/FSH,FIns and BMI values were improved than before （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and the improvement of pa-tients in the study group was much better than that in the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.The improvement in clinical condition,ovulation rate,and pregnancy rate of patients in the study group was much better than those in control group （χ2 =4.27,3.92,4.06,P〈0.05）.1 case of untoward effect appeared in each group with no statis-tical differences （P〉0.05 ）.Conclusion：Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets combined with Desogestrel and Ethinylestradio Tablets has reliable curative effect on patients with PCOS with little untoward effect, which is a safe and effective treatment.
