薄芝糖肽联合伐昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹110例临床疗效观察

目的观察薄芝糖肽联合伐昔洛韦片治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将110例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组，观察组55例给予薄芝糖肽注射液每次10mg，每天1次；口服伐昔洛韦片每次0．3g，每天2次；对照组55例仅给予口服伐昔洛韦片每次0.3g，每天2次。两组疗程均为14d。观察两组患者治疗的总有效率，疼痛减轻、消逝时间和带状疱疹后神经痛（PHN）发生率。结果观察组及对照组治疗总有效率分别为92．7％、72．7％，观察组疼痛减轻、消逝时间短于对照组。PHN发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论薄芝糖肽联合伐昔洛韦片能有效治疗带状疱疹。缩短PHN时间，降低PHN的发生率，且疗效优于单用伐昔洛韦片。

Efficacy of Bozhi glycopeptide combined with valaciclovir tablets in the treatment of 110 patients with herpes zoster

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Bozhi glycopeptidecombined with valaciclovir tablets in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods A total of 110 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups ： the exper- imental group （n=55） was with Bozhi glycopeptide injectionlO mg every time, once daily, and valaciclovir tablets for oral admin- istration 0.3 g every day, 2 times daily; the control group （n=55） was with valaciclovir tablets alone for oral administration 0.3 g every. The treatment course of both groups was 14 d. The total effective rate, pain relief, elapsed time and incidence rate of postherpetic neuralgia（PHN） in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group and control group was 92.7% and 72.7% respectively. The pain relief and elapsed time in the observation group were superior to that in the control group, the incidence rate of PHN was remarkable lower than that in control group, and the difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bozhi glycopeptide combined with valaciclovir tablets can cure herpes zoster effec- tively, shorten the PHN time and reduce the incidence rate of PHN, the effect is better than single use of valaciclovir tablets.
