血必净治疗支气管哮喘及其对血清血沉C反应蛋白的影响

目的 观察血必净治疗支气管哮喘的效果及血清血沉、C反应蛋白的影响.方法 选择西安市北方医院呼吸科2012年1月～2013年3月82例支气管哮喘患者,随机分为治疗组41例和对照组41例,治疗组给予血必净注射液50ml加甲泼尼龙40 mg静脉滴注,2次/d;对照组用甲泼尼龙40 mg静脉滴注,2次/d.两组患者均连续用药10天.观察患者治疗前后临床症状和肺功能情况及治疗前后血清血沉、C反应蛋白的变化.结果 治疗组治疗支气管哮喘的临床有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;治疗组治疗前后血清中血沉、C反应蛋白较对照组明显减少,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 血必净可以有效减少支气管哮喘患者的炎性反应,缓解支气管哮喘患者的支气管痉挛症状,减少咳嗽咳痰、喘息气急等临床症状,可以明显改善患者的肺功能.

The clinical effects of Xuebijing treatment on bronchial asthma,serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein

Objective To investigate the effects of Xuebijing on bronchial asthma, serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein. Methods 82 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group （41 patients） and control group （41 patients）. The treatment group received Xuebijing Injection 50ml plus methylprednisolo- ne 40 mg intravenous infusion, 2 times / d. The control group were treated with intravenous methylprednisolone 40 mg intravenously, 2 times / d. All patients were administered continuously for 10 days. The clinical symptoms and lung function before and after treatment serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein changes were observed. Results The clinical efficacy of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P~0.05）. The ser- um erythroeyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein of treatment group were significantly reduced compared with that of control group （P~0.05）. Conclusion Xuebijing can effectively reduce the inflammatory response in asthma, re- lieve bronchospasm in patients with asthma symptoms, reduce cough, sputum, wheezing, shortness of breath and other symptoms, and significantly improve the patient＇s lung function.
