| 摘 要： | 目的:比较来曲唑与氯米芬应用于多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者临床疗效分析。方法:选择2010年1月至2012年10月就诊于我院不孕门诊的PCOS不孕患者70例,随机分为两组,氯米芬组34例和来曲唑组36例,70例患者共进行129个促排卵周期,分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果:来曲唑组临床妊娠率为38.89%,明显优于氯米芬组17.65%的妊娠率,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。来曲唑组在优势卵泡率、排卵率及临床妊娠率方面均优于氯米芬组,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:来曲唑应用于多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者,可以明显提高患者的临床妊娠率,值得在一定范围内临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objectives： To compare the clinical effect of ovulation induction of letrozole and clomiphene crowe on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）.Methods： 70 patients with PCOS hospitalized from January 2010 to October 2012 were divided into 2 groups randomly： 34 cases in clomiphene crowe group and 38 cases in letrozole group.70 patients were given 129 cycles of ovulation induction.The effect of ovulation induction of the 2 groups were compared and analyzed.Results： The clinical pregnancy rate in letrozole group was 38.89％,which was significantly higher than that in clomiphene crowe group （17.65％） （P ＜0.05） ; There was significant differences between the two groups in the dominant follicle,ovulation rate and clinical pregnancy （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion： Letrozole is effective and conducive to the development of endometrium for patients with PCOS. |
