| 摘 要： | [目的]总结28例糖尿病足病人的护理.[方法]回顾性分析28例糖尿病足住院病人的临床资料.[结果]本组溃疡完全愈合20例,好转4例,转院治疗2例,合并肾衰竭、心血管病变死亡各1例.[结论]加强糖尿病足溃疡的护理可促进溃疡愈合.

| Abstract: | Objective: It summarized nursing care of 28 patients with diabetic foot.Methods: Clinical data of 28 cases with diabetic foot were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Among all,20 cases ulcers healed fully,four cases improved,two cases transferred to others hospital,a case died because of complicating with renal failure and cardiovascular diseases respectively.Conclusion: To strengthen the nursing care of patients with diabetic foot could promote their ulceration healing. |
