P16蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的 探讨Ｐ１６蛋白在非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ）及癌旁组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用ＳＰ免疫组化方法测定Ｐ１６蛋白在６４例ＮＳＣＬＣ及癌旁１～２ｃｍ组织中的表达。结果 Ｐ１６蛋白的阳性表达主要位于细胞胞浆，部分同时出现了于胞核，Ｐ１６蛋白在ＮＳＣＬＣ中的表达率为４０．６％，在癌六组织中的表达率为７４．４％，与ＮＳＣＬＣ的分化程度及患者术后生存期有关（Ｐ〈０．０５），而与组织学类型及有无局部淋巴

The expression of P16 protein in non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To elucidate the expression of P16 in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and the tissue adjacent to carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods Streotavidin perxidase immunohistochemical staining method was used to examine the expression of P16 in 64 NSCLC and the tissue adjacent tocarcinoma.Results The expression of P16 protein was mainly located in cytoplasmin.The positive rate of P16 protein in NSCLC was 40.6%,much lower than 74.4% in the tissue adjacent carcinoma.The positive rate of P16 protein was related to the degree of differentiation and prognosis ( P <0.05),but it not correlate with lymph node metastasis and histologic type ( P >0.05).Conclusions The absence of P16 protein expression may be con sidered as a parameter for judging the degree of differentiation of NSCLC and clinical prognosis.
