2005年漯河市部分城区中学生HBsAg携带情况调查

[目的]了解漯河市中学生乙型肝炎感染状况,为开展乙肝防治工作提供依据.[方法]随机抽取漯河市城乡初中、高中各3所共13108名学生,采用HBsAg全血胶体金试条法快速定性检测全血中的HBsAg.[结果]漯河市中学生HBsAg阳性率为2.96%.乡村学生高于城市学生,男生高于女生,高中生高于初中生.[结论]漯河市中学生HBsAg阳性率明显低于全国正常人群(9.75%).且随年龄增长有上升趋势,乙肝防治工作有待加强.

Investigation on Type B Hepatitis Infection among Middle School Students in Luohe Municipality in 2005

[Objective]To study the infection condition of type B Hepatitis(HB)among Luohe middle school students in order to provide basis for HB control and prevention.[Methods]To sample randomly 13 108 students from 3 junior middle schools and 3 senior middle schools in city and countryside,and test the HBsAg of total blood by colloidal gold method.[Results]HBsAg positive rate of middle school students in Luohe was 2.96%.HBsAg positive rate in countryside was higher than that in city,and it was higher in male students than that in female students,and higher in senior middle schools than in junior middle schools.[Conclusion]HBsAg positive rate of middle school students in Luohe was obviously lower than that of average people of the whole country(9.75%).HBsAg positive rate showed increasing trend along with the age rising.The control and prevention for HB should be reinforced.
