| 摘 要： | 介绍选择性环加氧酶（COX-2）抑制剂的研究现状，探讨肿瘤防治的新方法。选择性COX-2抑制剂用于肿瘤的防治是一种较理想的方法。选择性COX-2抑制剂用于肿瘤的防治有广阔的前景，尚有许多问题需进一步研究。

| Abstract: | To introduce the recent study on the selective inhibitor of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and to explore the new methods of prophylactico-therapeutics of tumor.The selective inhibitor of COS-2 is a more ideal method in prophylactico-therapeutics of tumor.The selective inhibitor of COX-2 has a wide future in the prophylactico-therapeutics of tumor,but many problems need to be solved in future. |
