| 摘 要： | 薄盖灵芝在体外对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖反应和产生白细胞介素2具有明显的抑制或增强作用。体内试验给小鼠腹腔注射薄盖灵芝,能抑制小鼠脾抗体分泌细胞、血清中抗绵羊红细胞抗体效价和牛血清白蛋白诱导的迟发型超敏反应和胸腺系数。

IN VITRO AND IN VIVO STUDY OF THE EFFECT OF GANODERMA CAPENS TENG ON MOUSE IMMUNE RESPONSE |

| Abstract: | In this paper, we report the in vitro modulation effect of the Injection Ganoderma Capens Teng on proliferation response of mouse spleen lymphocyte to Con A stumulate and IL-2 production in vitro. The modulation effect is dosedependent: at low concentration (1.5μ1/ml) the proliferation response and IL-2 production were markedly augmented; whilst at high concentration(25μ1/ml)both were significantly inhibited. In vivo, Injection Ganoderma Capens Teng administered ip, at the dose 0.3～0.5ml/20g/ day to mice for 12 days greatly inhibited plaque forming cell (PFC) response and he-magglutination titers (HA) against sheep red cells as well as delayed-type hypersensi-tivity responses to BSA with lowered thymus index. |
