慢性乙肝病人外周血T细胞表面HLA-DR抗原的表达

本文采用单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光法,对15个慢性活动性肝炎病人以及1对照者外周血中T淋巴细胞膜表面的HLA-DR表达进行了测定。结果是慢性乙型活动性人外周血中的TDR~+细胞的百分率明显高于正常对照(P<0.001),并且增高的T细胞是以性细胞为主。

THE EXPRESSION OF HLA-DR ANTIGEN ON PERIPHERAL BLOOD T CELLS IN CHRONIC ACTIVE TYPE B HEPATITIS PATIENTS

The expression of ELA-DR antigen on the peripheral blood T cells in chronic active type B hapatitis patients were studied by indirect immunofluorescence technique with anti CD3, CD4 CD8 and HLA-DR monoclonal antibodies. The results showed that the percentage of DE(+) cells in the T cell preparations of 15 patients with CAH -B ranged from 1 to 27% with an average of 15.2±8.2%, which was markedly above that of 13 normal controls (6.07±4.25)(p<0.001). The majority of DR ( + ) T lymphocytes in CAh-B patients were of the CD8 ( + ) rather than the CD4 ( + ) type; thE ratio being 2.46 ±0.76 which was significantly higher than that in normal controls (0.59±0.8, p<0.01). It suggests that the increase in DR ( + ) T cells in CAH-B patient is more pronounced in suppressor/cytotoxic subpopulation, unliked finding in normal individuals. From the above study as well as our previous ones we may conclude that the CD8 ( + ) DR ( + ) cells in the intralubular and piece meal necrosis lesions are activated T cytotoxic cells recruited from the peripheral circulation.
