乙型肝炎病毒白蛋白受体结合活性的研究

摘    要:抗前S_2单克隆抗体Q19/10可以抑制HBV白蛋白受体和PHSA之间的反应,PHSA同样可以抑制抗前S_2单抗Q19/10和前S_2抗原之间的反应,提示HBV白蛋白受体和前S_2抗原决定簇可能为同一段前S_2蛋白成份。不同类型的植物凝集素可以影响HBV白蛋白受体和PHSA结合活力,ConA具有抑制作用,而PWM和PHA却呈增强作用,表明糖基在HBV白蛋白受体的结合力上具有调节作用。

THE BINDING CHARACTERISTICS OF HBV ALBUMIN RECEPTOR
Abstract:The biological charateristics of HBV albumin receptor was studied with Q19/10, a monoclonal antibody against HBV PreS2 epitope. The binding reaction between HBV albumin receptor and PHSA could be inhibited by McAb Q19/10 and vice versa, the reaction between PreS2 antigen and McAb Q19/10 could be inhibited by PHSA. Both inhibitory activities were correlated positively with concentration of inhibitors. It is suggested that HBV albumin receptor may be composed of the same PreS2 fragment and anti-PreS2 antibody (Q19/10) is the anti-receptor antibody reported before. Different types of lectins, including ConA, PWM and PHA, could influence the binding activity of PHSA to its receptor; ConA be my inhibitory and PWM as well as PHA being promotive, suggesting that carbohydrate residues might play an important role in the interaction between receptor and its ligand.
