| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频彩超检查和诊断甲状腺肿块的应用价值。方法对75例甲状腺肿块病人进行高频彩超检查，与术后病理结果对比分析。结果手术病理显示结节性甲状腺肿24例，甲状腺腺瘤42例，甲状腺癌9例。术前彩超检出所有甲状腺结节，与术后病理结果相比，彩超诊断正确67例，正确率89．3％。结论高频彩超可以敏感地检出甲状腺结节，结合灰阶声像图和彩色多普勒血流信息有助于肿块良恶性的鉴别，是临床首选的影像检查项目。
