人工培养蛹虫草多糖的研究

摘    要:以人工培养蛹虫草为原料 ,分离纯化得到蛹虫草多糖 (CMPS) ,经紫外扫描测定其为糖蛋白 .用凝胶过滤色谱法和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法验证了纯度 .测定了多糖的分子质量、糖含量和糖醛酸含量、单糖组成及摩尔比、蛋白含量及氨基酸组成、苷键构型等

Abstract:Through the application of the conventional extraction methods and Sephadex chromatography separating, the polysaccharide constituent CMPS of Cordyceps militaris was obtained, and it was supposed to be a glucoprotein by the information of UV. The homogeneity was observed by gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). The molecular weight, protein content, sugar and uronic acid content as well as sugar composition of CMPS were measured either. Connecting positions and configuration analysis of glycosidic linkage of CMPS were proposed preliminarily by periodate oxidation, Smith degradation and IR chromatography.
