维拉帕米治疗肾综合征出血热少尿期急性肾功能衰竭患者的临床研究

目的探讨维拉帕米治疗肾综合征出血热少尿期急性肾功能衰竭患者的疗效。方法111例少尿期患者随机分为治疗组54例及对照组57例。治疗组给予维拉帕米40-80mg、3次／d。对照组给予利尿剂或消极等待肾功能自然恢复。结果治疗组与对照组相比,进入移行期、进入多尿早期、尿蛋白消失和肾功能恢复正常所需天数分别平均少2.10d(P<0.001)、1.99d(P<0.001)、2.58d(P<0.001)和2.38d(P<0.001),病死率下降6.72％(P>0.05)。结论治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。

A clinical study of verapamil on HFRS patients in oliguric phase with ARF

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of verapamil on hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) patients in oliguric phase with acute renal failure (ARF).Methods ill cases of HFRS patients in oliguric phase with ARFwere randomly divded into study and control groups.In the study gyoup,the patients were treated with verapamil (40-80mg,three times daily).In the control group,the patients were ginven a diuretic,or the traumatic renal function was recovered spontaneously.Results The time (mean value) of entering the migratory stage,entering the early polyuric stage,the disappearance of albuminuria,and the recovery of renal function had decreased by 2.10 days (P<0.001),1.99 days (P<0.001),2.58 days (P<0.001),and 2.38 days (P<0.001) as compared with the patients in the control group,respectively.Meanwhile,the fatality rate had decreased by 6.72% ( P < 0.05 ) Conclusion There is significant difference on the therapeutic efficacy,verapamil is evidently more efficient.
